Welcome to www.helpaneedy.in (Help A Needy). BASSGROUP is owned and operated by its President and members, a company incorporated under the laws of India. BASSGROUP enables and facilitates the following services through its platform:
- Donors can make monetary contributions to the Trust to support Campaigns where Beneficiaries seek donations-in-kind.
- Trusts can raise donations from Donors to support these Campaigns.
- Marketing and outreach for Campaigns and facilitating donations from the Trust.
- Procurement and delivery of the selected Materials for the Trust to donate to the Campaigns.
- Trusts can identify Beneficiaries who wish to run Campaigns to raise donations-in-kind.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of all content, functionality, and services offered on or through BASSGROUP.
1. Beneficiaries
A “Beneficiary” refers to individual(s) or organization(s) that receive support through the charity platform. The charity is committed to ensuring that all donations, resources, and support reach the beneficiaries in a transparent and ethical manner.
2. Campaigns
“Campaigns” refer to specific fundraising initiatives hosted on the platform to support a particular cause, beneficiary, or project. Each campaign will have clearly defined goals, duration, and intended use of funds, which will be communicated to donors.
3. Donors
A “Donor” is any individual or entity that provides financial or material support to the campaigns listed on the platform. Donors must provide accurate information and comply with the platform’s policies and guidelines while making donations.
4. Platform
The “Platform” refers to the website or application through which the charity’s activities, campaigns, and services are provided. It serves as a medium to connect donors with beneficiaries and manage the distribution of funds and resources.
5. Materials
“Materials” include any goods, products, or resources provided by the charity to beneficiaries, such as food, clothing, medical supplies, and educational items. The quality and safety of these materials will be ensured by the charity.
6. Services
“Services” refer to any activities or support provided by the charity, including but not limited to educational programs, medical assistance, and counseling. The charity strives to maintain the highest standards in delivering these services.
7. Trust
“Trust” is the foundation of our operations. All parties involved—beneficiaries, donors, volunteers, and staff—are expected to maintain transparency, honesty, and integrity to uphold the trust of the community.
8. Payment for Materials
Payments for any materials purchased through the platform must be made using the approved methods listed on the website. All transactions will be processed securely, and payment information will remain confidential.
9. Beneficiary Information
Beneficiary information must be provided accurately and truthfully, including names, addresses, and specific needs. Misrepresentation or falsification of beneficiary information will result in the termination of support.
10. Prohibited Conduct
Any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the operations of the charity, including fraudulent donations, misuse of materials, or violations of privacy, is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken against anyone found engaging in such activities.
11. Indemnity
All parties agree to indemnify and hold the charity harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their actions or omissions. This includes costs incurred due to legal proceedings or disputes.
12. Privacy and Confidentiality
The privacy and confidentiality of donors, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders are of utmost importance. All personal and sensitive information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the charity is registered. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be resolved through arbitration or mediation as outlined by the governing law.
14. Notice
Any notice to be given in connection with these Terms of Use shall be delivered via email to info@helpaneedy.in or to you at the email address provided by you in your profile. You consent to the use of electronic communications for the delivery of notices related to any matter under these Terms of Use.
