This privacy policy (Privacy Policy) applies to the use of the Bassgroup and any Services where this Privacy Policy is referenced, regardless of how You access or use Our Services (including through mobile devices). The Privacy Policy shall be read in conjunction with the terms of use (Terms of Use). Any term which is undefined herein, shall be construed to have the same meaning as in the Terms of Use.

Please note that Your data may be collected by Our affiliates outside of the Portal through in-person meetings, participation in conferences and other forums, including but not limited to, through forums, responses to promotional and other materials. Please note by using/accessing this Platform, You consent to the terms of disclosure of information, including Personal Information as per the Privacy Policy.

Pratyarpana does not take responsibility for the genuineness or veracity of the information provided by any third party or other users of the Platform. While Bassgroup endeavors to prescreen and qualify Campaigns after extensive exercise, such screening or qualification is not error-free, exhaustive, or warranted. It is not a substitute for Donors’ independent investigations. The Bassgroup may afford Donors an opportunity to ask Beneficiaries questions concerning the Campaign and otherwise test the soundness of any Campaign. By making a donation, each Donor represents and warrants that they have conducted the due diligence they deem appropriate and do not rely on Bassgroup for the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the information supplied. Donors should note that neither Bassgroup nor its employees represent or warrant that Beneficiaries or any other person will use donated Materials as represented.

Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, Your name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, gender, or any other items enumerated in Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data of Information) Rules, 2011. We use Your information to carry out Our Services, process payments, communicate with You, update records, and generally maintain Your transaction history with Us. We also use this information to improve the Platform, prevent or detect fraud, and enable third parties to carry out technical or logistical functions on Our behalf.

Types of Information We Collect:

• Contact Information: General contact information such as Your name, photograph, address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, email address, financial information details, social media profile, etc.
• Personalized Information: Specific details related to a Campaign, such as medical records, objectives, financial information, and related images.

• Financial Data: Details retained for donations, including card numbers, account details, and more.
• Other Data: Any additional information based on Your engagement with Us.

Bassgroup acts as a platform connecting Beneficiaries with Donors to raise support for necessary Materials. We may share Personal Information with relevant parties to fulfill Our obligations.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or advertisements. These are not affiliated with Us, and We do not control their privacy practices or guarantee the accuracy of the information on these sites.

Only Indian passport holders of legal age can use Bassgroup. Minors may use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect or store personal data of children unless required by law.
